Delivery

The orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 4 days after confirmation of the order.

Make sure that accurate and complete information about the delivery address.

Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days according to the carrier.

We deliver in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Austria, Poland and Italy. Excluding Dom-Tom.

For another destination, do not hesitate to ask us: ServiceClient @masame.fr.

Order products are ordered differently from products on stock and will be delivered separately.

Shipping cost

The delivery is offered for any order greater than 200 €.
Valid for all out-of-ordinary orders outside: MH-1231, MH-1320, MH-1267, Mac-3072, Mac-1579, Mac-2086, VIA-3008, VIA-3009, VIA-3010, VIA-3045, MH-3076, Mac-2105, Mac-2104, Mac-3071, Mac-3081, Mac-3082, Mac-3083, Mac-3072, Mac-3052, Mac-3084, Mac2103.

Delivery costs vary depending on the total weight of the package and add to the prices indicated by the products.
They will be indicated at the time of ordering and before the final validation.

Parcel tracking

Once your order is validated, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and you will be able to follow your order in your customer account.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 days from receipt to return the items, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

The shipping and return expenses will remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Refunds are made at the latest within 15 days of receipt of returned products.
