Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 days of order confirmation.

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.

Delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days depending on the carrier.

We ship to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Austria, Poland and Italy. French overseas territories excluded.

Made-to-order pieces are handled separately from in-stock items and will therefore be shipped independently.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is complimentary on all orders over €200.
Valid on all orders excluding oversized items. Excluded items are identified on their product page under « Specifications », beside the « Shipping » note.

Shipping costs depend on the total parcel weight and are added to the listed product prices.
They are shown at checkout, before final confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and can track your order from your customer account.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from receipt to return the items to us, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Outbound and return shipping costs remain payable by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued no later than 15 days after we receive the returned items.
